SkinzWraps, Inc., a full-service vehicle wrapping company, announced that it wrapped a custom RV for “ARTLAND: USA,” a new television series produced by VOOM HD Networks’ GALLERY HD. SkinzWraps, Inc. was commissioned to create a one-of-a-kind wrap for a 35-foot RV, which served as both as a central element in the 12-episode series and as a mobile billboard, as the vehicle traveled through 50 locations in 20 states on a coast-to-coast trip across the U.S.
“ARTLAND: USA” premiered on October 12th on GALLERY HD, the first and only high-definition channel dedicated to the visual arts. It is one of the 15 high-definition channels of the VOOM HD Networks, seen nationally on the DISH satellite network. In this unique series, two vibrant hosts and a production crew make their way through big towns and remote by-ways, from private museums to roadside attractions, to uncover the great variety and spirit of this nation’s art, and to find an inspiring new way to discover America.
According to Tamar Hacker, GALLERY HD’s executive producer, “SknizWraps designed a fun and distinctive abstract art wrap for the RV, which became a kind of third ‘star’ of the series.” She continued, “The RV is a vibrant presence on the HD screen, and it also makes a real splash as it rolls into town. SkinzWraps did a great job conveying the message behind ‘ARTLAND: USA’ — that art is fun and art is everywhere.”
