Design
Part of what makes SkinzWraps™ the leading vehicle wraps company is our award winning design team.  What sets us apart from our competition is that our design team is in house, and works in tandem with your project manager.  We’re not simply aggregating different skill sets and vendors, we have it all.  Designing a wrap for a vehicle requires multiple disciplines of graphic design expertise.  The design team at SkinzWraps™ specializes exclusively in vehicle wrap design.  We understand every detail of this highly specialized design process.  We ensure that the design and branding effectively represents our clients’ company, business or product while utilizing the most sophisticated design techniques.  To date, our designers have collectively designed more car wraps than any other firm.

Our designers know how to effectively brand a company within this specific media type.  Our designers highlight the distinguishing and identifiable characteristics of a client’s business and image to create a one-of-a-kind design for their vehicle wrap.   They refine the design based on any suggestions or requests that our clients may have until a final design is approved.  We always keep our clients in the loop which is an important part of our design service.  Ultimately, and most important, we produce vehicle wrap and vinyl graphic designs that effectively communicate the client’s message.

Printing
Our onsite printing department and staff ensures the accurate transfer of the images through its state of the art print server.   The large format printers are fitted with top of the line ink systems ensuring the best color schemes and resolution available in the industry.  We offer our 720 DPI high-definition printing for all of our vehicle wraps clients – the difference of this enhanced resolution is unmistakable.  Our high-definition output is brilliant and eye-catching.   

We have carefully chosen the media we use for vehicle wraps.  Our material is the best quality in the business; a premium cast vinyl film designed for long term outdoor signage.   It has excellent conformability to irregular surfaces, real dimensional stability during use, superior outdoor performance and durability, and a high gloss finish for better appearance.  The media has a grey adhesive which provides extra opacity for block out performance, and clean and easy removability with little or no adhesive residue and no damage to a vehicle’s exterior.  It has been time tested for use in vehicle wraps and allows us to offer a true Hi-Def output product.

Installation
The third element in our integrated process is the installation of the vinyl graphics. SkinzWraps™ employs the industry's leading installers who have been doing it longer than anyone. Whether you call them vinyl graphics, vinyl wraps, car wraps, vehicle wraps or an auto wrap; in the mobile advertising vehicle wrap industry, the installation is where it counts, when the design and printed product come together and the vision is achieved. The benefit of having a great design and print would be undermined if the installation (wrapping the vehicle) is second rate. Having our own staff of installation experts is another aspect of SkinzWraps™ that sets us apart from the competition. Most vehicle wrap companies employ third party installers who work on a contractual basis. By having all installers in-house, it allows for a much higher standard of quality control as well as a continuous opportunity to train and develop new installers.

Our training program is rigorous and once an installer has met our standards, they are capable of handling the most intricate vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics installations. They are specialists at this trade and no detail is ever too small. SkinzWraps™ has a dedicated 4500 sqft installation facility in Dallas, just steps away from our headquarter office. In addition, SkinzWraps™ has similar facilities for onsite installations in our other major cities of operations and we often send our teams of installers offsite to clients' sites for on-location installs.

Our expertise is unmatched and it's all our in-house talent. While we are teaching other companies how to do what we do best, we're not overly concerned because it takes years of experience to get to our level of expertise, not only in the vehicle wrap installation process, but across all of the disciplines of the business. Most of the seminar attendees are smaller sign shop type businesses, looking for experienced professionals to show them how to get into this growing business.
