Eco-form International Shares Converted to Shares of SkinzWraps, Inc.

Eco-form International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (\"Eco-form\"), today announced that pursuant to a series of transactions, each share of Eco-form common stock issued and outstanding as of March 2, 2006 shall be changed and converted into one fully paid share of common stock of SkinzWraps, Inc., a Delaware corporation (\"SkinzWraps\"). The common stock of SkinzWraps has identical rights, terms and privileges as the common stock of Eco-form. SkinzWraps Inc. is a vehicle graphics company based in Dallas, Texas, with operations across the southwestern United States. SkinzWraps performs all aspects of vehicle graphics including design, print and installation (wrapping).
